How to use the KPI table
The KPI table shows your buildings as rows with key figures in the columns. It's the tool for ranking: which building uses most per square metre, which has the most overdue tasks, which has the worst indoor climate.

How to open the KPI table
- Click KPI table in the sidebar at portfolio level.
- Click a column header to sort by that KPI.
- Click a building row to open the building.
The help text puts it briefly: Review accessible buildings. KPIs appear in the columns, and you can sort them by selecting a column header.
How to choose the KPIs
Customize KPIs with Control+Shift+S, or open KPI settings.
The KPIs are grouped by theme:

Note: Adding a KPI is the same thing as showing its column. The selection is your own and follows your user — colleagues may have entirely different columns without it affecting you.
How to make the table useful
The approach that yields most:
- Choose few KPIs. Five well-chosen columns make deviations easier to spot than twenty.
- Sort by a per-m² KPI, not by absolute consumption. Otherwise the largest building always sits at the top, and that says nothing about how well it's run.
- Look at the top and the bottom. The buildings at either end are either genuine outliers or mis-registered data — both worth investigating.
- Click into the building to find the cause.
How to filter
Use the search field to narrow to buildings matching your text — more words search more narrowly, since every word has to match. Use Country if your portfolio spans several countries.

Frequently asked questions
Why are cells empty?
The building lacks the underlying data for that KPI. The most common cause is a missing floor area — every per-m² KPI needs it. See How to change building settings.
What's the difference between Portfolio and KPI table?
Portfolio is the dashboard with key figures aggregated. KPI table is the table with one building per row.
Can I see the buildings on a map instead?

Tip!
Add Baseload as a column when hunting for savings. A building with a high baseload is using energy while standing empty, and that's nearly always easier to fix than reducing consumption during operating hours.
