Indoor climate

Follow temperature, CO₂, radon and humidity room by room, and set thresholds per room type so Properate flags what falls outside.

The indoor climate module shows rooms and floors with real-time sensor values, so you can see where conditions are drifting before anyone complains.

Reading the overview

Filter by floor from the dropdown menu, or sort by selecting a sensor column such as temperature, CO₂, radon or relative humidity. Hovering a value shows when the last datapoint arrived, along with the minimum and maximum measured in the period — useful for telling a genuine problem apart from a brief spike.

Compact view

Compact view hides rooms with no recorded measurements. That keeps the table readable in a large building, but it also means a room with a dead sensor disappears rather than showing as a problem. Turn compact view off when you are specifically looking for gaps in coverage.

Room information

Room details can be edited directly from the overview, so the room type and naming used elsewhere in Properate stay correct. Room type matters: thresholds are defined per room type.

Indoor climate rules

Rules let Properate manage indoor climate behaviour automatically instead of you watching the table. You configure monthly thresholds per room type for each building — so an office can be held to a different standard than a storage room, and winter to a different standard than summer.

Create a rule from the rules page, choose the room type and the months it applies to, and set the thresholds. Values outside a rule become deviations you can follow up in Incident handling.

Good to know

Sensor coverage varies between buildings — an empty column usually means no sensor of that type, not a fault.
