How to use the organization dashboard
The organization dashboard shows the portfolio as a whole: total consumption, climate impact, waste and tasks across the buildings you select. Where a building's dashboard answers how one building is doing, this answers how the portfolio is doing.
How to open the dashboard
- Go to the organization dashboard from the sidebar at portfolio level.
- Choose the organization in Select organization… — without a choice it says Select an organization in the sidebar.
- Choose the buildings under Buildings, or All buildings.
The help text explains the scoping: The organization determines which buildings and data are shown in the dashboard. The count appears as Selected buildings: {n}.
Use Search organization… and Search building… in long lists.
How to create a building group
If you'll be looking at the same set of buildings repeatedly, save it as a group rather than reselecting every time.
- Select the buildings.
- Click Save group from selection…
- Give the group a Name — Region north or Measures 2025, for example.
- Click Save.
The groups sit under My groups. If you have none yet: No groups yet. Groups can be used to organize buildings in the portfolio. Remove one with Delete group.
Note: Select at least one building before saving a group — the button is unavailable with an empty selection. Name is required. If saving fails: Couldn't save the group. Try again.
Building groups are the quickest route to reporting per region, per owner or per package of measures, without anyone having to remember which buildings belonged.
Period and comparison
Period is grouped into Months, Quarters, Half years and Years, with ready-made options like Current month, Last month, Last 12 months, Year to date, Last year, Q1 … H1, H2 and Custom period.
Compare with sets the reference: Same period the year before, or Select comparison period to set it yourself.
Correction method
Correction method applies to the whole selection: Uncorrected, Temperature corrected, Location and temperature corrected or ET model corrected.
Note: To compare buildings in different parts of the country, use Location and temperature corrected. Without it you're comparing climate as much as operation, and a building in Tromsø always comes out worse than one in Kristiansand. See How to use temperature correction and the ET model.

The key figures at the top cover building count, change, climate impact, tasks (open, overdue, approved budget) and top movers.
Energy sources appear as Electricity, District heating, District cooling, Natural gas, Heating oil, Bio-oil, Other, Water and Total consumption.
How to customize the dashboard
Click Customize to choose which widgets appear, and drag to reorder them — the tooltip is Drag to reorder widget.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the dashboard empty?
The message Select organization first means you haven't chosen one. If it's chosen and the dashboard is still empty, there's no data for that period and selection.
Why can't I find a building?
No building found means the search didn't match, or the building sits outside the organization you've selected.
Can I see several organizations at once?
All organizations exists as an option where you have access to more than one.
What's the difference between this and the KPI table?
The dashboard aggregates the portfolio into totals and graphs. The KPI table shows one building per row, so you can rank and compare individual buildings. See How to use the KPI table.
Tip!
Save one building group per reporting unit — one per owner, per region or per portfolio you report on. Period selection and export then become a 30-second job each month, rather than a round of ticking boxes where it's easy to forget a building.
